• Enquiry drafts: drafts remain in temporary page memory while you prepare them. On valid submission, sessionStorage keeps a recovery copy in the current browser tab, using the key farsen:submitted-inquiry:v1. It has a 30-minute expiry and is cleared after confirmed success or when expired data is next checked. It supports form-error recovery rather than advertising. Browser session-restoration features can operate separately.
• Images and videos: the website uses media files served with the site. It does not use embedded YouTube or Vimeo players for these files.
• Fonts: Hanken Grotesk is delivered from files hosted with the site. The website does not request fonts from Google Fonts.
• Browser caching: your browser may cache files such as stylesheets, fonts, images and videos under its normal settings. This is separate from the website saving an enquiry draft or creating an advertising identifier.

Shopify publishes the names, providers, purposes and durations of its storefront cookies in its Cookie Policy. This includes categories for necessary website functions, analytics and marketing. The technologies used on a particular visit depend on the enabled features and applicable privacy choices; inclusion in Shopify's list does not mean that every listed cookie is used by this website.

Necessary website and security functions are handled separately. You can also use Shopify's privacy portal to exercise rights relating to Shopify's processing.

Where the applicable rules require consent, the relevant technology will be enabled only after that consent has been obtained, with a way to withdraw it. Where an applicable exception requires an objection mechanism, we will provide it.
