The website is principally intended for businesses, educational and research institutions, event organisers and other organisations exploring humanoid robotics. Please read these terms before using it. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the website.

These are website use terms. Any sale of products or provision of project services is governed by the terms expressly agreed for that transaction. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

This website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes visitor information, including for enhanced services based on interactions with this website, other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and relevant service providers in other countries. FARSEN presents humanoid robotics products and provides a channel for enquiries about selection, sourcing and project coordination. Booster Robotics and Unitree Robotics manufacture their respective products. A reference to a manufacturer or its brand does not, by itself, establish an exclusive relationship, an authorised distributorship or a particular service commitment.

The identity of the seller, the parties responsible for delivery and support, and the scope of any services must be confirmed in the relevant quotation or agreement.

Read product information together with its stated model, edition, source, date and configuration conditions. Capabilities may depend on hardware, optional equipment, software or firmware versions, development work, the task and operating conditions. A feature described for one version is not automatically included in another.

Before placing an order, ask us to confirm the specifications, included items, optional features and services relevant to your intended use. Product listings do not by themselves confirm current stock, supply availability, lead times or availability in every country.

We aim to keep the information useful and accurate, but information can change or contain errors. We may correct or update website content. This does not remove responsibility for statements or obligations for which applicable law makes us responsible, or change an existing contract.

Product images and demonstration footage should be read with their accompanying descriptions. A demonstration shows performance under the conditions in which it was recorded. It does not establish that the same result can be reproduced in every setting or by every configuration.

Images identified as AI-generated, illustrative or conceptual show possible settings or ideas. They do not establish a completed customer project, an actual deployment, a customer endorsement or a capability supplied with every robot. Manufacturer material is not, merely by appearing on this website, evidence of a FARSEN customer project or inspection.

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or downloading information does not, by itself, place an order or create a contract for the supply of products or services. An acknowledgement of an enquiry confirms receipt only and is not an acceptance of an order.

Any purchase or project engagement is subject to the terms expressly agreed for that transaction. The relevant quotation or agreement should identify the contracting parties, model and configuration, included products and services, price and currency, taxes, payment terms, shipping costs, any agreed Incoterms rule and named place, delivery arrangements, acceptance terms, warranty and support scope.

Training, software development, integration, demonstrations, installation and after-sales work are included only to the extent stated in the applicable agreement. Website content does not create a separate commitment to provide these services in a particular country or within a particular time.

Import requirements, export restrictions, local product requirements and the responsibilities of each party must be considered for the actual destination and transaction. Listing a product does not confirm that all approvals for your intended use or destination have been obtained.

Website material is an introduction to products and applications. It does not replace the manufacturer's current instructions, appropriate training, a site-specific risk assessment or applicable safety requirements.

Before operating a robot, the responsible organisation must assess the actual task, environment, supervision, interaction with people and any local requirements. An educational or public-space illustration does not establish that unsupervised operation, use around children or a particular human-robot interaction is suitable. Seek confirmation of the requirements for your intended application.

Please provide accurate information and submit only material that you are entitled to share. If you contact us for an organisation, make your role clear and obtain any authority needed for the information or decisions involved.

Send only information reasonably needed for the enquiry. Do not include payment card information, identity documents, sensitive personal information or children's personal details. Before sending proprietary designs or other commercially sensitive material, agree an appropriate communication method and any confidentiality arrangements needed.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to FARSEN or give us permission to publish them.

Rights in website text, designs, photographs, videos, logos and other materials remain with their respective owners. FARSEN branding and third-party product branding have different owners. Displaying third-party material does not grant you a licence to reuse it or imply that FARSEN owns it.

You may view the website and make ordinary browser copies for legitimate evaluation of the products and information shown. Any broader reproduction, redistribution, alteration or commercial use must be permitted by the relevant rights holder or by applicable law. Keep any ownership and source notices with permitted copies.

You must not use the website to:

• Commit or facilitate unlawful activity, infringe another person's rights or submit information you have no right to disclose.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, send misleading requests or abuse our contact channels.
• Introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the security or operation of the website.
